Manage AI Labs

Use the AI Labs page in Command Center to manage Zuora AI for your organization’s tenants.

  • You must be a One ID Organization Administrator.
  • AI Labs supports both sandbox and production tenants.
  • Tenant-level AI settings in Command Center work together with user-level permissions inside the tenant.

In AI Labs, One ID Organization Administrators can enable or disable AI for individual sandbox and production tenants, choose whether a tenant uses Read-Only or Read-Write AI access, review the AI capabilities currently available in Zuora Labs, and check the What’s New change log for weekly updates.

  1. In OneID console, go to Admin Console > AI Labs.
  2. Find the tenant that you want to manage.
AI Labs lets you manage AI settings for individual sandbox and production tenants.
  3. Enable or disable AI for the tenant.
To turn on AI, click Enable. To turn off AI later, return to the same tenant and disable AI.
  4. Set the AI Permission Level for the tenant.
    • No AI disables AI for the tenant.
    • Read-Only allows AI to answer questions and surface insights, but prevents AI from taking write actions.
    • Read-Write allows AI to propose write actions, which require explicit user approval before execution.
  5. Review the AI capabilities listed in AI Labs.
Labs currently includes Chat with Zuora AI, Integrated AI, and Zuora Remote MCP Servers.

AI settings are updated for the selected tenant, including enablement status, permission level, and available capabilities.
