Control properties
Reference details for Control fields and statuses.
Each Control includes the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A descriptive name for the Control. |
| Control Number | An automatically generated identifier, such as CTRL-001. |
| Description | A summary of what the Control does. |
| Details | The instruction that governs AI behavior. |
| Status | The current lifecycle status of the Control. |
| Effective Date | The date when the Control starts being enforced. |
| Effective End Date | The date when the Control expires, if applicable. |
Control statuses
Controls have the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | The Control is created but not enforced. |
| Active | The Control is enforced in AI conversations for the tenant. |
| Inactive | The Control is turned off and is not enforced. |
Only active Controls affect Zuora AI behavior.
