AI-assisted actions are recorded in Zuora Audit Trail under the identity of the user who approved the action. They are not recorded under a generic AI or system account.
Audit entries for AI-assisted actions follow the same traceability model as manually performed actions.
Conversation history
Zuora AI conversations are stored, including prompts, responses, and actions taken. You can access prior conversations from the full-screen Zuora AI experience.
Use conversation history to revisit previous investigations, continue earlier work, or reference prior responses.
