Manage files in Zuora AI
Learn how to upload, generate, and download files in Zuora AI.
Zuora AI supports file upload, generation, and download. Note that file upload, file generation, and file download are available only in Zuora AI Chat. These file management capabilities are not available through MCP.
Upload files
You can upload files into AI conversations for analysis and processing.
Supported file types include images and documents. For example, you can upload a spreadsheet of account data and ask Zuora AI to summarize it, or upload a screenshot for interpretation.
Generate files
Zuora AI can generate downloadable files from prompts.
Supported output formats include:
