Manage RC level holds
Learn how to view and manage RC-level holds, including reviewing current and historical holds and optionally releasing active holds.
Click the Holds badge in the header. The Holds and Approvals window is displayed.
Click the RC Holds tab.
Active contract-level holds are listed in the Current Holds section.
Previously cleared contract-level holds are listed in the Holds History section.
(Optional) To quickly release an active RC hold from this view, select the checkbox next to the hold, enter a release reason and comments, and click Release Holds.
