Track prepaid balance through the Zuora UI

You can view the prepaid balance transactions related to a subscription through the Zuora UI in the following ways:

• Navigate to Customer Accounts > Orders & Subscriptions tab > Click a subscription number > Prepayment Balance tab.

• Subscriptions > Click a subscription number > Prepayment Balance tab.

The UOM displayed on the Prepayment Balance tab is the Prepayment UOM configured in the prepayment charge.

Track prepaid balance through Data Query

You can track prepaid balance by querying the Prepaid Balance, Prepaid Balance Fund, and Prepaid Balance Transaction objects through Data Query.

Track Enhanced Unit-Based Prepaid with Drawdown balances from the Account Details page

For Enhanced Unit-Based Prepaid with Drawdown, you can also view prepaid balances from the Account Details page.

1. Navigate to Customer Accounts.

2. Open the customer account.

3. Review the account details for the current prepaid balance and overage units for each UOM.

4. Click View Details to open the Account Level Prepaid Consumption Dashboard.
