Resend notification histories

This task explains how to resend notification histories for customer accounts by following a series of steps.

To resend a notification history, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Customers > Customer Accounts in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the name of the account you want to view. The account detail page opens.
  3. Scroll to the Notification History section.
  4. In the Email History or Callout History tab, locate the notification history you want to resend.
  5. Click Resend in the Action column and then click OK in the confirmation dialog.
