Configure Opportunity Product sync

Add related lists to Opportunity Product page layout

Learn how to add related lists to the Opportunity Product page layout to provide traceability back to synced quote charge segments and sync records.

On Opportunity Product (OpportunityLineItem) page layouts, add related lists to provide traceability back to quote data:

  • Synced Charge Segments — Charge Segments grouped into this Opportunity Product during sync.

  • Opportunity Product Sync Records — Junction records linking the Opportunity product back to its source Quote and grouping key.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Opportunity Product (standard OpportunityLineItem object).
  2. Click Page Layouts or Lightning Record Pages.
  3. Add the following related lists:

    • Synced Charge Segments

    • Opportunity Product Sync Records

  4. Save the layout.
    Note:

    The Synced Charge Segments related list is especially useful for verifying aggregation. Users can confirm exactly which Charge Segments rolled up into each Opportunity Product.
