Set a tenant to Read-Only mode
Learn how to keep a Zuora AI tenant in Read-Only mode and exclude it from the scheduled switch to Supervised mode.
- You have organization administrator permissions in Zuora OneID.
- You know which tenant you want to keep in Read-Only mode.
Tenants that you set to Read-Only are excluded from the scheduled switch to Supervised mode. These tenants remain in Read-Only mode until an administrator changes the setting.
- Sign in to Zuora OneID as an organization administrator.
- Open the Zuora AI settings.
- Locate the tenant that you want to keep in Read-Only mode.
- Change the mode from Read-Only opted into Supervised mode to Read-Only.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
The tenant remains in Read-Only mode and is excluded from the scheduled switch to Supervised mode.
