Transition to Supervised mode
Learn how Zuora AI tenants transition from Read & Write to the new Supervised mode and how to manage tenant modes.
Supervised mode is the new name for the Zuora AI write-capable mode previously called Read & Write. The behavior is the same: Zuora AI proposes changes, and you must approve each change before it runs. The new name clarifies the user approval requirement.
If your organization is ready to use Supervised mode on the scheduled dates, no action is required. Tenants in Read & Write mode will be relabeled as Supervised, and there will be no change in product behavior.
To enable Supervised mode before the scheduled date, an organization administrator can set the tenant mode to Supervised in Zuora OneID.
To keep a tenant in Read-Only mode, an organization administrator can update the tenant setting. For more detailed information, see Set a tenant to Read-Only mode.
