Manage customer segments by assigning collection strategies, creating new segments, and editing existing ones

1. Navigate to Automations > Assign Collection Strategy.
2. To create a new customer segment, click New Customer Segment.
3. Enter a title and description, and the conditions for a customer to fall into the segment, and then save.
4. To edit an existing customer segment, click on the segment, make the required changes and save.
