Consolidate tenants
Learn the steps to consolidate tenants to a multi-entity tenant.
A test user account was created to perform post-consolidation checks for each environment.
You have validated active and in-scope tenants, entities, and features utilized, and acknowledged system changes. You are required to submit an order form during this time and state an amount based on the commercial situation.
You have initiated building data copying pipelines for each feature present in the source tenants. The data in the new multi-entity tenant will be held in a shared shard while maintaining an independent schema.
- Initiate cutover of all API Sandbox tenants to the parent tenant.
- Set target as the global/parent tenant.
- Set remaining two tenants as sub-entities.
- Perform checks and validations to ensure a successful data copy and functional tests.
- Initiate cutover of all production tenants to the new multi-entity tenant.
