The homepage is a centralized starting point that helps you understand what needs attention and move into key workflows more quickly.
Instead of starting from a static landing page or a list of links, the homepage can be configured with templates, widgets, reports, quick actions, and operational insights.
What you can do from the homepage
Depending on how the homepage is set up, you can:
- start common tasks by using quick actions
- review important operational insights
- open frequently used links and workflows
- track business processes
- add custom report widgets created through Zuora reporting
Homepage building blocks
Widgets are the main building blocks of the homepage. They surface actions, insights, reports, links, and process information in one place.
Common widget types include:
Quick Actions for starting tasks directly from the homepage.
Operational Insights for surfacing risks, exceptions, and status information.
Quick Links for frequently used pages, reports, and resources.
Business Process widgets for launching or tracking workflows.
Custom Report widgets for reporting views created in Zuora reporting.
Basic homepage workflow
To set up the homepage, go to Zuora Home from the unified navigation, choose a starting point, review the default widgets, remove what is not relevant, add the widgets you need, rearrange the layout, and save the homepage.
