Create a country or region
Learn how to create a country or region for your business.
- Navigate to Settings > Administration > Manage Countries, Regions and States.
- Click Add New Region .
- In the Add New Region window, enter the following information. The values for these fields must be unique across all countries and regions.

ISO-2: the two-letter ISO alpha-2 country code

ISO-3: the three-letter ISO alpha-3 country code

Name: the English name of the country or region

- Optional: Specify names in other languages. The country name displayed in the Zuora UI is based on the language setting in your user profile.
- Click + Add Other Languages.
- Select a language. Available languages are as follows:

French

Spanish
-
Japanese
-
German

- Enter the name in the selected language.
- Repeat steps a to c to add all languages as needed.
- Switch the Status toggle to indicate whether the country or region is active or not.
- Click Save .
