Create a country or region

Learn how to create a country or region for your business.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Administration > Manage Countries, Regions and States.
  2. Click Add New Region .
  3. In the Add New Region window, enter the following information. The values for these fields must be unique across all countries and regions.
    • ISO-2: the two-letter ISO alpha-2 country code

    • ISO-3: the three-letter ISO alpha-3 country code

    • Name: the English name of the country or region

  4. Optional: Specify names in other languages. The country name displayed in the Zuora UI is based on the language setting in your user profile.
    1. Click + Add Other Languages.
    2. Select a language. Available languages are as follows:
      • French

      • Spanish

      • Japanese

      • German

    3. Enter the name in the selected language.
    4. Repeat steps a to c to add all languages as needed.
  5. Switch the Status toggle to indicate whether the country or region is active or not.
  6. Click Save .
