Zuora University is designed for customers who use Zuora products and want to enhance their knowledge through structured eLearning courses. While the majority of content is available to registered customers, select learning materials are offered as open access and can be accessed by users who sign in with a personal email ID.

1. What training is included with Zuora University?
Zuora University provides comprehensive, role-based training designed to help customers build expertise across Zuora products. Depending on your subscription tier, you gain access to structured learning paths that range from foundational knowledge (101 level) to practitioner (201 level) and advanced implementation and architecture topics (301 level).
The program includes:

Self-paced eLearning courses with interactive content and practical use cases

With over 200 courses available, learners can choose flexible, on-demand learning or join scheduled instructor-led sessions to accelerate their progress.
2. What subscription options are available?
Starting February 23, 2026, Zuora University 2.0 launches a new three-tier subscription model, thoughtfully designed to support customers at every stage, from foundational learning to advanced product mastery and certification.
Customers with existing ZU seat(s) subscriptions can opt for early renewal to move to the new Foundation Tier package starting from February 2026. Customers not opting for early renewal to move, will be offered the new tier at the time of existing subscription expiration.
Essentials (Free)
The Essentials tier provides immediate access to foundational training, including:

How do I access Zuora University?
Zuora University is accessible through seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) using OneID.
With OneID:

You use the same login credentials as your Zuora product access.

No separate usernames or passwords are required.

Subscription-based access can be requested once your seat is provisioned.

Are Virtual Live Classes included in my subscription?
Virtual Live Classes (VLCs) are included based on your subscription tier. These instructor-led sessions accelerate learning and provide deeper coverage of key topics such as Billing, Revenue, advanced configurations, reporting, and certification preparation.
Classes are offered in multiple time zones and complement the on-demand coursework.

Can I share my training seat with a colleague?
No. Zuora University subscriptions are seat-based and assigned to individual users. Each seat is intended for one person at a time.
If a user leaves your organization, the seat may be reassigned by contacting university@zuora.com, subject to your organization’s seat entitlement.
What training is recommended during implementation and after go-live?
During implementation:

The Implementation Starter Kit (ISK) should be completed before project kickoff.

101-level courses should be completed before the Design phase.

201-level courses are recommended before the Build phase for system administrators
After go-live:

101-level training is recommended for all business users.

201-level training is recommended for system administrators.
