Legacy Revenue Sync will be deprecated by February 15, 2027, requiring all customers to transition to Zuora's Order to Revenue solution for enhanced data flow and operational efficiency.
Legacy Revenue Sync will be deprecated on February 15, 2027. All customers must transition to Zuora’s Order to Revenue (OTR) (also known as Real-Time Revenue Sync or Uno) and associated business processes. OTR is Zuora’s end-to-end solution that unifies the complete quote-to-revenue process - from quotes to orders, billing, payments, collections, and revenue recognition, all within a single source of truth across Zuora applications. This push-based architecture transforms how data flows between Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue, bringing:
Instant data flow (no more batch delays)
Less manual work and easier reconciliation
Support for new charge models, FX data, and more
Near real-time visibility, stronger auditability, and faster adoption of new features
In short, you'll be able to close the books faster, with more accuracy and less effort.

Zuora has established the following end of life timeline for Legacy Revenue Sync:

| Now through February 14, 2027 | Customers must coordinate with the Zuora OTR Product team to migrate to OTR as soon as possible. Communications have been sent to customers who are still using Legacy Revenue Sync - if you have not seen a communication regarding this migration and you believe you should have, or if you have any questions, please reach out to your account team for assistance as soon as possible. |
| February 15, 2027 and beyond | Zuora will no longer develop, enhance, or support Legacy Revenue Sync. Legacy Revenue Sync will not be available to any customers as of this date and beyond. |
