This section provides solutions for common tax display issues, including troubleshooting JSON errors and attribute mismatches.
Issue | Solution |

| Tax not displaying | Check that the user’s attribute matches a key in the JSON mapping and that the plugin is enabled for the correct site. |
| Tax displays as 0 | Ensure your Add-On ID is correctly entered and matches Braintree. |
| Invalid JSON error | Use a validator like https://jsonlint.com to verify format. |
| Attribute not found | Confirm the attribute name matches what’s configured in the Identity module. |
Note:
Sales Tax support is only available when using Braintree as your payment gateway.
Only payment methods supported by Zuora Hosted Payment Pages (HPM) or Dynamic Payment Pages (DPM) are supported.
For unsupported payment methods, for example, ACH, a custom integration is required.
