Experience Builder components

Experience Builder components supports feature outcomes in Zephr to display reusable, static, or context-aware experiences based on user context.

You can use components published from Experience Builder as feature outcomes in Zephr. This lets you display reusable, static, or context-aware experiences when a user reaches a matching path in a feature rule.

For example, an Experience Builder component can display different content based on the user's authentication state, location, or billing context.

Note:

This feature is available only to tenants that have been enabled for Early Availability. Contact Zuora Support if the Experience Builder options or configuration fields are not available in your tenant.

Before you begin

Make sure that you have the following information and access:

  • Access to the Experience Builder integration in your Zephr tenant.

  • Access to the Zuora Billing tenant and environment that hosts the Experience Builder project.

  • The Billing entity ID for the tenant. Contact Zuora Support to obtain this value.

  • The Billing environment identifier. Use the exact shorthand shown for the environment in the Billing console.

  • A domain configured for the Experience Builder project in Billing under Extension Studio > Domains and Hosting.

  • A published Experience Builder project that contains the component you want to use.

For production use, configure a customer-owned domain where possible. The Experience Builder host domain and cookie domain must be configured consistently so that context from Zephr can be made available to the component.
