Learn how to configure and customize the list subscription form, including navigation, field entry, and content arrangement.

1. Navigate to Delivery > Component Library > Add Component > Account > Management > > List Subscriptions.
2. Enter the following details:

   Field	Your Action
   Title	Enter a name for the page.
   Slug	Modify the Slug field as needed. The slug cannot be changed once the contact form is saved.
   Description	Enter a description for the form, if required.
   Language	Select the language in which you want the form to be displayed, for example, Japanese.
   Content Order	Overall - Rearrange the options within the form by dragging and dropping them in the order you prefer. Any changes you make will be instantly reflected in the preview window. Use the Change Subscription section to redirect users to a new page featuring limited-time offers for customers by specifying the path name. You can also provide the path to a custom cancellation or subscription change form that you created using the Custom Page option. Subscription - Click the Subscription tab to arrange how the different sections are displayed on your page. This feature is limited to managing the display order of sections within the page. You can also enable or disable specific sections. Additionally, you can set a path to a separate page with offers designed to entice customers and potentially change their decision to cancel their subscriptions.
   List Subscriptions	Modify the pre-configured form as required. You can also add custom text to the form using the Text option.
   Change Payment Method Change Payment Method Success Billing History	Rearrange content by dragging and dropping content-blocks from the list. You can also add custom text to the form using the Text option. As you make adjustments, you can preview changes in real-time in the Preview window.
   CSS Configuration	Click to enter your preferred CSS code to tailor the page to your specifications. Click Done to save your configurations.

3. Click Save .
