You can integrate Zephr journeys using JSON features, which allow you to transform a JSON response based on your rule outcomes. For information on the transformations that you can use with your JSON feature, see the JSON Transformations topic.

To use JSON features, you must do the following:

• Create your JSON content, as described in the JSON Content topic.

• Add a JSON feature, as described in the Add a Feature topic.

• Complete the Developer Interface settings, as described in the Developer Interface for JSON Features topic.
