Configure account details

The Account Details section provides instructions for entering company and account information, selecting user store, managing seat limits, and configuring email alerts for oversubscription.

  • You have permission to create or edit company accounts.

  • The required user store is already created.

  1. In the Account Details section, enter the company name in the Company Name field.
  2. Enter the account name in the Account Name field.
  3. From the User Store drop-down list, select the user store to associate with the account.
  4. In the Number of Seats field, enter the maximum number of seats allowed for the account.
  5. To allow the account to exceed the seat limit, select Yes for Allow this account to be oversubscribed. For example, you might want to allow oversubscription as an upsell technique for your sales team, or perhaps you offer more fluid corporate memberships. If allowing oversubscription, a further field displays.
  6. To receive an email notification when the account becomes oversubscribed, select Yes for Alert by email when oversubscribed.
  7. If email alerts are enabled, enter the notification email address in the Email Address field.

The account details are saved with the configured seat limits and oversubscription settings.
