Watch Tower and AI activity logs
Watch Tower provides administrative visibility, auditability, and human approval for Zuora AI activity.
Watch Tower is an administrative view of Zuora AI activity across your organization. It is available only to OneID Organization Administrators.
From Watch Tower, you can filter activity by tenant and date range and review:

AI conversations across your organization

Prompts submitted by users
-
Responses generated by Zuora AI
-
Timestamps for conversation activity

AI activity, including API activity associated with a conversation
Conversation history in Watch Tower is permanently retained and cannot be deleted by end users.
To open Watch Tower, in OneID console, navigate to Admin Console > AI > Watch Tower.
Auditability and traceability
Watch Tower provides administrative visibility into how users interact with Zuora AI and what activity occurs during each conversation. Administrators use it to investigate AI-assisted activity from the original request through execution.
Zuora Audit Trail records AI-specific source metadata and the originating conversation ID. The AI Source and AI Subsource fields identify the source of an AI-assisted change and support querying and traceability through Data Query. Administrators can use the conversation ID to locate the corresponding conversation in Watch Tower. For more detailed information, see AI Source and AI SubSource in the Audit Trail.
Conversation history
Zuora AI conversations are stored, including prompts, responses, and actions taken. You can access prior conversations from the full-screen Zuora AI experience.
Use conversation history to revisit previous investigations, continue earlier work, or reference prior responses
