Configure entitlement event notifications to inform recipients of entitlement lifecycle changes or trigger downstream systems through email or callout delivery.

Use Events and Notifications to notify administrators, customers, or external systems when entitlement lifecycle events occur.

You can configure notification definitions for supported entitlement events, including:

• Entitlement granted

• Entitlement revoked

• Entitlement activated

• Entitlement deactivated

• Entitlement paused

• Entitlement resumed

For each notification definition, you can configure:

• The entitlement event that triggers the notification

• Optional filter conditions

• Email delivery

• Callout delivery to an external system

• Notification or callout templates

• Communication profiles, where applicable

Use email notifications to inform recipients about entitlement changes. Use callouts when a downstream provisioning, access-management, or operational system must react to the event. For example, you can configure a notification to send an email when an entitlement is granted, or invoke a webhook to provision or revoke access when an entitlement changes state.
