View entitlement grants

Learn how to monitor and manage entitlement grants from the Entitlements Overview tab.

The Overview tab on the Entitlements page displays all entitlement grants in your tenant and provides summary metrics for monitoring entitlement health.

  1. Navigate to Customers > Entitlements.
  2. On the Overview tab, review the summary cards to understand the overall health of entitlement grants.

The summary cards show the total number of active grants, metered grants, grants that are over their configured limit, grants that are nearing their limit, and healthy grants.

  3. Use the search and filter controls to locate specific entitlement grants.

You can search and filter by customer, feature, subscription, entitlement type, status, tag, unit of measure, or billing status.

  4. In the entitlement grants table, review the key details for each grant.

The table displays the customer, feature, entitlement type, current usage, configured limit, unit of measure, utilization, risk status, and associated plan.

  5. Select an entitlement grant to view its details.

The details include the entitlement lifecycle state and the related customer, subscription, product, plan, and charge information.

  6. Review usage and utilization details for the selected entitlement grant.

You can also review the activity history for auditing purposes.

  7. Perform lifecycle actions on the entitlement grant when needed.

Depending on the entitlement state, you can use lifecycle actions such as Activate and Revoke.

  8. If the entitlement grant is in the Pending state and the associated feature requires activation, activate the entitlement after the resource is provisioned.
    Note:

If a feature is configured to require activation, newly created entitlement grants remain in the Pending state until they are activated from the dashboard or by using the Entitlements APIs.

  9. Review the activity history to audit lifecycle events and troubleshoot issues.

The activity history records lifecycle events such as activation, deactivation, revocation, and resume operations.

You have reviewed entitlement health, inspected individual entitlement grants, and performed any required lifecycle actions.
