View a customer entitlement summary
Learn how to view entitlement summary information for a customer.
On the Customers tab, you can review entitlement grant information for each customer, including the following details.
Overall entitlement health
Number of subscriptions
Number of plans
Total entitlement grants
Metered grants
Grants approaching configured limits
Grants that have exceeded configured limits
- Navigate to .
- On the Customers tab, review the entitlement summary information for each customer.
- Select a customer to view the associated subscriptions, plans, charges, and entitlement grants.
You can view entitlement summary details and related records for the selected customer.
