Impact of migrating to Hyperforce on Zuora CPQ

For organizations using Zuora CPQ with quotes version lower than 10.2, migrating to Hyperforce can result in an issue when generating Quote PDF documents. Specifically, clicking the Generate PDF button on the quotes record may trigger an error known as Unknown internal error. This issue occurs due to the differences in how Hyperforce interacts with the underlying Salesforce infrastructure.

Minimum Zuora CPQ version required for smooth integration with Hyperforce

To use Hyperforce without encountering the Unknown internal error issue, the minimum required version of Zuora CPQ is 10.2. Therefore, if you want to migrate to Hyperforce, ensure that you are using Zuora CPQ version 10.2 or higher.
