Sales Rep Agent

Access Sales Rep Agent

Learn how to access the Sales Rep Agent after Quote Studio authentication is complete.

Ensure that the following requirements are met:

  • Quote Studio authentication is complete.

  • Your admin has already completed the required setup and feature enablement.

  1. Log in to Salesforce as a user and open the required quote.
  2. In the Quote Studio sidebar, click thecpq_ai_agenticon.
    Note:

    If the Sales Rep Agent panel shows Authenticate Now, complete the one-time authentication flow described in Authenticate Quote Studio and grant required permissions. After authentication is complete, reopen the Sales Rep Agent.

    If Authenticate Now is still displayed after authentication is complete, contact your admin to verify that the required setup and user access are configured.
