Sales Rep Agent

Authenticate Quote Studio and grant required permissions

Learn how to authenticate the Sales Rep Agent connection in Quote Studio and grant the required access.

Ensure that the following requirements are met:

  • Your admin has completed the required OneID, Salesforce, and feature access setup.

  • You have valid Salesforce credentials or access through Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • You have a OneID user account with access to the required tenants.

Complete this one-time setup to link your Salesforce session with your Zuora platform session. Each Salesforce user who uses the Sales Rep Agent must complete this authentication separately.

  1. Log in to Salesforce as a user and open the required Quote.
  2. In the Quote Studio sidebar, click the AI agent icon.
  3. If authentication is not yet complete, click Authenticate Now.
  4. On the External Credentials page, click Allow Access.
  5. Authenticate by using one of the following methods:
    • Salesforce username and password
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)

    Follow your organization's standard authentication process to complete sign-in.

  6. Select all required consent checkboxes and click Submit Consent.
  7. Click Submit to complete the authentication process.
  8. Verify that the authentication status is displayed as Configured.

    After the connection is configured, you do not need to repeat this process unless access is revoked or the connection is reset.
