Configure Sales Rep Agent feature access in Salesforce

Learn how to select the correct One ID environment in Quote Studio Settings and enable Sales Rep Agent access for the Salesforce profiles that need to use the feature.

  • The Zuora OAuth external authentication identity provider is already configured in Salesforce.

  • Zuora Quotes managed package version 10.59 or later is installed.

  1. Log in to Salesforce using your Salesforce admin credentials.
  2. Navigate to Zuora Config > Quote Studio Settings > Admin Config.
  3. In the AI Settings section, select the One ID environment that matches the authorization endpoint URL and token endpoint URL configured for the Zuora OAuth provider.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Navigate to Zuora Config > Quote Studio Settings > Feature Access Config.
  6. Activate the Enable AI Agent feature for the required profiles.
  7. Click Save.

    The selected Salesforce One ID environment is aligned with the Zuora OAuth provider configuration, and the required profiles can be granted access to the Sales Rep Agent feature.

After the admin setup is complete, each Salesforce user must complete a one-time Quote Studio authentication flow before the Sales Rep Agent is available.
