Sales Rep Agent for quote creation
The Sales Rep Agent supports creating and updating non-ramp Zuora CPQ quotes from Salesforce by using natural-language requests.
Use the Sales Rep Agent to create and update quotes directly from Salesforce Account record pages by entering natural-language requests. After you confirm the requested changes, you can continue reviewing and completing the quote in Quote Studio.
Sales Rep Agent capabilities
With the Sales Rep Agent, you can perform the following actions:
Create a new quote with specified products.
Update an existing quote by adding, updating, or removing products.
Perform multiple product operations in a single request.
Identify product names and quote intent from natural-language requests.
Answer clarification questions when information is missing.
Review a confirmation summary before changes are applied.
