Add Sales Rep Agent launcher to Salesforce record page

Learn how to use Lightning App Builder to add the Sales Rep Agent launcher to a Salesforce Account record page.

Before you begin, ensure that the following requirements are met:

Zuora Quotes managed package version 10.62 or later is installed.
Your administrator has enabled the Sales Rep Agent and configured the required license, Feature Access Config rule, user profile, permissions, and OAuth credentials.
You have access to the Salesforce Account record page where the Sales Rep Agent launcher is configured.
You have access to the related Zuora CPQ functionality.

Use Lightning App Builder to add the Sales Rep Agent launcher to a Salesforce Account record page.

In your Salesforce org, open Object Manager.
Select Account.
Open Lightning Record Pages.
Select the Account record page where you want to add the Sales Rep Agent.
To open Lightning App Builder, click Edit.
In the component list, search for Zuora AI Agent Launcher.
Drag Zuora AI Agent Launcher onto the Account page layout.
Save the Lightning page.
If the page is not already active, activate it.
Open an Account record as a user with Sales Rep Agent access and verify that the Sales Rep Agent icon is displayed.
Note:
If the icon is not displayed, verify the Sales Rep Agent license, Feature Access Config rule, user profile, assigned permissions, and OAuth credential configuration.
