Learn how to configure the Feature Access Config setting in Salesforce to manage user access and quote flow types.

1. In your Salesforce org, navigate to Zuora Config > Quote Studio Settings > Feature Access Config.
2. Select Feature Name from the dropdown.

   • Create Pending Subscription

   • Edit Pending Subscription

   • Activate Pending Subscription

   • Flexible Renewal

   • MSQ

   • Allow "Expose Charges Ended in Prior version" - When this feature access is enabled and configured for a user:

     • The Expose Charges Ended in Prior version toggle is displayed in the Quote Studio for renewal quotes and is disabled by default.

     • Users can manually choose to hide or show expired charges using the toggle.

       Note:

       The admin setting Hide "greyed out" charges that have ended in prior version when creating Renewal Quotes does not apply to users for whom this feature access is enabled.

   • Enable Suspend

   • Enable Resume

   • Allow Show Remove Product toggle

3. Select the user's profile who needs access and Quote flow types.
4. Click Save.
