Connect to PSPs

Manage a connection

Learn how to edit, pause, unpause, or delete an existing provider connection.

Note:

This feature is available only with the Modernized Zuora Payments add-on SKU.

To access the Early Adopter program, contact your Zuora account representative.

Use the Your connections tab to manage existing connections as your business needs change.

  1. In the left navigation pane, navigate to Zuora Payments > Connections.
  2. Click the Your connections tab.
  3. Find the connection that you want to manage.
  4. Click the More options menu next to the connection.
  5. Click the action that you want to perform:
    • Edit to update credentials or other connection settings.
    • Pause to temporarily stop using the connection.
    • View to review the connection configuration.
    • Unpause to resume a paused connection.
    • Delete to permanently remove a connection.
    • Duplicate to duplicate the connection.
