View payments Insight

Use Insights in Zuora Payments to view, filter, compare, and analyze payment metrics across multiple chart views.

Insights organizes payment metrics into five views. Each view opens with a default set of charts that you can filter, reorder, replace, and export.

Note: Insights data refreshes every 15 minutes. The refresh indicator above the charts shows the time of the last update.

In the left navigation pane, navigate to Zuora Payments > Insights.
Click the respective tab to view the reports.
Optional: Click Filters and narrow the data by attributes such as provider, payment method, or country.

Filters apply to every chart in the view.
Optional: Select Per-period or Cumulative.

Per-period plots the value recorded in each interval. Cumulative plots the running total across the reporting period.
Optional: Click Compare and select a comparison period.

Each chart then plots the selected reporting period against the comparison period.
Optional: Point to the information icon next to a chart title to see how the metric is calculated.

The charts show payment activity for the period, currency, and filters you selected. Your selections persist while you switch between views.
