Vantiv Account Updater Overview
Overview of the Vantiv (Now Worldpay) Account Updater integration in Zuora.
Zuora is preintegrated with the Vantiv Account Updater service. Vantiv (now Worldpay) provides this premium service for a fee, and registered Vantiv (now Worldpay) users can use it in Zuora at no additional cost for Visa and Mastercard cards.
To use the Vantiv Account Updater, you must enroll in and use the Vantiv (now Worldpay) payment processor. This service differs from the Automatic Account Updater service, in which Vantiv (now Worldpay) handles updates without Zuora involvement.
The Zuora Vantiv Payment Method Updater (PMU) service updates credit cards for accounts that use any of the following gateway integrations as the default gateway in Zuora:
- Vantiv (now Worldpay)
- Vantiv Payment Gateway, API v8.10
- Vantiv
Submit and retrieve PMU batches

Limitations
A single Vantiv PMU batch supports a maximum of 5,000 records. This limit is fixed and you cannot configure it. When the number of records exceeds 5,000, Zuora automatically creates multiple batches.
