Set up the Vantiv Account Updater
Learn how to configure the Vantiv (now Worldpay) Account Updater service so that Zuora keeps customer credit card information current before each bill cycle.
- You have a Vantiv (now Worldpay) merchant account with the Account Updater service enabled.
- You have submitted a request to Zuora Global Support to add your Vantiv Merchant ID (MID) to your tenant.
Zuora starts an automated process that, on the specified number of days before the bill cycle day, searches every billing account, collects the applicable credit card information, and sends it to Vantiv (now Worldpay) for processing. Zuora also checks for updates to the credit card information.
