Reconcile Zuora PMU with Vantiv (Now Worldpay)

This task guides you through reconciling Zuora PMU with Vantiv (Now Worldpay) by using the Vantiv UI to view Account Updater batches and the Zuora PMU batch view for basic information.

The Session Report in the Vantiv (now Worldpay) UI provides a real-time view of submitted Account Updater batches. You can use the Updater Request ID and Post Date values from the Zuora Payment Method Updater (PMU) batch view to search the Session Reports in the Vantiv UI.

Note: This feature is in Controlled Release. To enable this feature for your tenant, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.
  1. On the Reporting page, click Session.
  2. Select the date range that you want to display, and then click Recalculate.

    The Session Report appears.

  3. Locate the batch by matching the Session ID column to the Updater Request ID value from Zuora.

    Vantiv (now Worldpay) automatically assigns a unique Session ID to each batch. This value is the same as the Updater Request ID in Zuora.
