Edit retry rules for a customer group
Learn how to configure retry rules for a customer group, either by enabling AI-driven Smart Retry or by manually setting rules based on gateway response codes.
Retry logic is configured for each customer group to indicate the required action for the retry attempt. For a customer group, you can select to configure the retry logic with either of the following methods:
- Enable the AI-driven Smart Retry to automatically retry failed payments at optimal times.
- Manually configure the retry rules for each retry attempt based on gateway response codes.
