Retrieve Gateway Reconciliation job information
This task provides information on retrieving Gateway Reconciliation job details, including job number, period dates, gateway and source names, status, and completion times.
Use the following instructions to view a batch gateway reconciliation job and retrieve the information you need.
Note:
Zuora recommends that you enable the Gateway Reconciliation Job Completion | Reconciliation Completed notification when you use the Gateway Reconciliation feature. This notification alerts you when a gateway reconciliation job completes or encounters an error. For more information, see Edit a notification.
- Navigate to Payments and select the Gateway Reconciliation .
- Click on the Job Number from the Gateway Reconciliation page to view the job details.
