Learn how to update the configuration, such as the name, profile number, locale, or description, of a communication profile.

1. Navigate to Extension Studio > Events & Notifications in the left navigation menu.
2. Click Manage Communication Profiles.
3. Locate the communication profile you want to edit and click the edit icon .
4. In the Edit Communication Profile dialog, update the following information as needed:

   • Name

   • Profile Number: The number value must be unique.

   • Locale: The locale value that determines the date format in other features. For more information, see Locale setting in communication profiles.

   • Muted: Switch this toggle to activate or deactivate the communication profile. Notifications associated with an inactive communication profile will not be sent.

   • Description

5. Click Save.
