Learn how to view the details on communication profiles.

1. Navigate to Extension Studio > Events & Notifications in the left navigation menu.
2. Click Manage Communication Profiles. All communication profiles are displayed in the pop-up dialog with details of each profile such as profile number, locale, and status.

   • A ringing bell icon indicates the communication profile is active. Zuora sends notifications associated with this communication profile.

   • A muted bell icon indicates the communication profile is inactive. Zuora does not send notifications associated with this communication profile.
