Experience Builder provides tools to design, build, and deploy dynamic, responsive, and reusable digital experiences across teams and channels.

Experience Builder combines visual authoring, reusable components, and integrations with Zuora data and services. Teams can use it to create branded, responsive experiences for customer self-service, subscription management, purchasing, and assisted service.

Experience Builder includes capabilities for:

• Building customer-facing experiences such as My Account pages, subscriber self-service portals, product display pages, checkout flows, and embedded billing experiences.

• Reusing components such as invoice lists, payment-method cards, subscription summaries, order history, product cards, checkout sections, and profile forms across multiple pages and experiences.

• Connecting pages and components to Zuora Billing, Zuora Payments, Product Catalog, accounts, contacts, subscriptions, invoices, payments, usage, and entitlements.

• Rendering account-specific data based on the authenticated user and the selected customer account.

• Creating self-service billing experiences in which customers can view invoices, balances, usage, subscription information, and payment history, as well as manage payment methods and update account details.

• Building purchase experiences that support product discovery, catalog-driven pricing, product selection, carts, new subscriptions, add-ons, usage credits, and checkout.

• Supporting subscription-management journeys such as upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, pauses, renewals, and usage-limit changes, where enabled and supported by the tenant configuration.

• Integrating experiences into existing React, JavaScript, CRM, partner, and customer applications.

• Managing shared design systems through reusable styles, design tokens, variants, templates, and other shared design assets.

• Designing responsive, localized, personalized, and brand-specific experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Supporting collaboration across developers, designers, marketers, administrators, and content editors.

• Deploying experiences through hosted, self-hosted, or embedded models.
