Runbooks

Create Runbooks

Create reusable Runbooks in Zuora AI from scratch or by saving existing conversations.

You can create a Runbook in either of the following ways:

  • Create a Runbook from scratch by defining the prompt and the steps that it follows.
  • Save a Runbook from an existing conversation in full-screen mode.
  1. Open Zuora AI and decide which creation method to use.
  2. Create the Runbook using your chosen method.
    • To create a Runbook from scratch, define the prompt and then add the steps that the Runbook follows.
    • To save a Runbook from a conversation, open the conversation in full-screen mode and click Save as Runbook.
  3. Reuse or share the saved Runbook with your team as needed.
    Note: After you save a Runbook, it remains available for reuse and sharing.

Your Runbook is created and ready to be reused or shared.
