Use Runbooks to automate repeatable, multi-step AI workflows for common tasks such as account reviews, payment investigations, and configuration support.
Runbooks are AI-powered workflows for repeatable, multi-step tasks. Instead of entering the same prompt sequence each time, you can start a Runbook to guide a common process. Note that Runbooks are available only in Zuora AI Chat. They are not available through MCP.
Common Runbook use cases include:
