Change the AI mode for a tenant
Learn how to change the AI mode for a tenant in Zuora OneID to control whether Zuora AI operates in read-only or supervised behavior.
An organization administrator controls the AI mode for each tenant in Zuora OneID. You can change the AI mode for a tenant at any time.
- Sign in to Zuora OneID as an organization administrator.
- Open the Zuora AI settings.
- Locate the tenant that you want to update.
- Select the mode for the tenant.
- To keep Zuora AI in read-only behavior, select Read-Only.
- To enable user-approved write actions, select Supervised.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: If your organization needs more time to evaluate Supervised mode, an organization administrator can keep any tenant in Read-Only mode before or after the scheduled rollout date. For more detailed information, see Set a tenant to Read-Only mode.
