Learn how to reset your password using the 'Forgot your password' link on the sign-in page.

1. Select the Forgot your password link in the sign in page. The Password reset screen displays.
2. Enter your email address in the Email Address text box.
3. Select the Continue button. If the specified email address matches a Zephr account, email containing a link is sent to the specified email address.
4. Select the link contained in the email. The Create New Password screen displays.
5. Enter the password you want to use in the New Password text box.
6. Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password text box.
7. Click Save Change and Sign In .
