This article explains how the Charge Segment metrics are mapped to the Charge Subtotal columns within the charge table in an Amendment Quote when the term is decreased with partial interval removed, multiple updates are made, and future-dated removal.

The ramp Quote originally had a 36-month initial term, starting on Jan 1, 2025, with an Annual ramp frequency, resulting in 3 ramp intervals. In the above Amendment Quote, the initial term is reduced from 36 months to 28 without adjusting the charge pricing. The Interval 3 still exists, but it is shortened, running from Jan 1, 2027 to Apr 30, 2027.In this case, the only representation of the reduced terms is the negative delta shown below the table, and the last interval ends on April 30, 2027. No reduced charges are shown in the rate plan charge table. Interval 3 shows the charge table with the original charge segments that exist now, with an end date of April 30, 2027.
