Disable the payment run retry rules in Zuora
Disable the out-of-the-box payment retry in your Zuora tenant before you run Configurable Payment Retry (CPR) to avoid disruption to the retry service.
Before you run Configurable Payment Retry (CPR), ensure that the out-of-the-box payment retry is disabled in your Zuora tenant. If you do not disable it, the retry service is disrupted.
When the out-of-the-box payment retry remains enabled, CPR continues to attempt retries, but Zuora does not create payments for the invoices that fail validation against the configured retry rules.
- Switch the Enable Payment Run retry rules option off.
