Universal Payment Connector (UPC) is no longer available for new implementations and is at end of support, effective July 22, 2026. Existing customers can continue using their current UPC implementation without interruption, and no immediate action is required as a result of this announcement. Zuora has established the following end of support timeline for the Unoiversal Payment Connector feature:

| Entering July 22, 2026 | Zuora will no longer actively develop or enhance Universal Payment Connector feature. Only critical, revenue-impacting defects with no workarounds or alternatives may be fixed at Zuora's discretion. |
