Plaid: end of support
The Plaid-based ACH account validation integration is being deprecated, and all customers must migrate to Bank Account Verification (BAV) for ACH by May 1, 2026.
The Plaid account verification integration will enter end of support May 1, 2026. All customers are encouraged to transition to using the the Bank Account Verification solution.
Zuora has established the following end of support timeline for Plaid:

Zuora will no longer actively develop or enhance the Plaid feature. Only critical, revenue-impacting defects with no workarounds or alternatives may be fixed at Zuora's discretion. |
